INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup (60g) self-raising flour
  • 1 cup (120g) melted Non-Dairy Ben & Jerry’s Bohemian Raspberry Ice Cream

  • 90g vegan dark chocolate
  • 120ml vegan cream
  • A handful of fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS:

    In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, mix the slightly melted Bohemian Raspberry Non-Dairy ice cream with the self-raising flour until smooth.

    Microwave on high for 3.5 minutes. Watch it rise like a chocolatey volcano of joy.

    While the cake cools slightly, melt the vegan dark chocolate with our Bohemian Raspberry in a bain-marie (or gently in the microwave) to make a silky ganache.
