Dessert is as Easy as it is Delicious With Cheater’s Ice Cream Doughnuts
It’s a doughnut that’s a sundae that’s actually a doughnut?!? Dessert is extra easy and decidedly delicious with this fun and tasty recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 brioche buns
- 300g mix of dark and milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter

Cut a slit into the top of your brioche buns. Open these slightly without completely tearing the bun in half.

Let your Brookies & Cream Sundae ice cream soften at room temperature until it’s soft enough to easily scoop (about 10 minutes). Place 3 small scoops into each opened bun. With the back of a spoon, smooth out the top of the ice cream, then place them in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler. Once melted, allow the mixture to cool.

Once the ice cream brioches are set, remove from the freezer and drizzle each bun with chocolate. The chocolate should harden quickly on the cold buns and ice cream.
